The Joseph Krow Company
Anytime of day or night, our 40,000 square-foot facility is always busy with cleaning and repair of clothing, leather goods, furs and much more.
Our Ozone Room is equipped to clean fire-damaged fibers (i.e., smoke & soot) of drapery, bedding, clothing & accessory wear, rugs and furniture.
Nearby, the Specialty Cleaning Room is where we use multiple solvents to clean leather and suede items, and other personal accessories and household goods needing special attention.
We’re also experts in repairing & finishing garments, shoes & purses made of leather, suede and cloth, as well as deep-cleaning when necessary. We also restore shoes with heels, half-soles, grommets and straps, and are qualified to make Uggs and other leading brands of shoes “good as new.”
Our high-production & specialty ironers handle everything from high-volume flatwork items such as sheets, pillow cases, table linens and napkins to fine tablecloths and bed linens.
At The Joesph Krow Company, our Fur Cleaning Room is where we restore and repair coats, rugs, blankets and other animal-hair items to “like-new” condition. Next to the Fur Cleaning Room is our Fur Storage Room, which we keep at 58° year-round so your customers may store their furs out-of-season knowing that their coats and stoles are protected from the elements and theft.
Our Rug/Floor Covering Preservation area is dedicated to hand-cleaning of silk and wool rugs. We use a pulley system and blow dryer to suspend each rug from our ceiling so it dries thoroughly and quickly. Each rug is then packaged in thick-gauge kraft paper to ensure that it incurs no damage or distortion when being shipped.
The Wet Cleaning Room features wet & dry cleaning machines that we use to fulfill your “routine” orders. If your equipment ever malfunctions, we can step in on quick notice by wet- or dry-cleaning garments, and return them to you for customer pick-up on a schedule that helps you keep your business operating smoothly.
When you work with The Joeseph Krow Company, you get the service you need to stay competitive.
